  • Autumn Rose Thornhill, Account Executive

Autumn is a mother to two young boys who attend school in a large school district in Charleston, South Carolina. She became passionate about keeping her boys’ school safe and developed the strong belief that it's up to all of us to find feasible solutions to protect our kids.

In her diligent personal research, Autumn discovered that a school risk assessment is widely considered the best way to diagnose the physical vulnerabilities of a school but that it takes a lot of time and resources to complete an assessment. She further discovered that there is software available to automate these assessments so that they're easier for schools to implement.  An assessment is preventative, it's not reactive. As a mother, she’d rather work to prevent a shooting than to react to one.

After much research and conversations, she reached out to Slidesoft to find out more. She was incredibly impressed with the software, with the group of military veterans who run the company, and was eager to see assessments proliferate.

In 2024, Autumn joined Slidesoft to advance its software and its mission.
